Mr. Nosrat graduated cum laude from Southwestern Law School. While at Southwestern, he was already impressing professors and judges with his superior performance, knowledge, and professionalism.
Mr. Nosrat was a member of the Moot Court Honors program and a member of the Executive Board of Southwestern Law Review. He has received his training in Bankruptcy while an extern for Honorable Judge Barry Russell. Ali Nosrat is a member of the California bar. Giselle Rad graduated summa cum laude from California State University Northridge with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law as well as a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine Law School. The Straus Institute at Pepperdine has been ranked as the #1 law school dispute resolution program in the nation by U.S. News and World Report: Guide to Graduate Schools for the thirteenth consecutive year.
Ms. Rad is a member of the California State Bar and the District of Columbia State Bar. She is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Additionally, Ms. Rad has a California Real Estate license and is an active member of the Department of Real Estate.
